The problem

You already know this workflow is broken...

Day 1–3
Research

You're reading competitor sites, scanning industry reports, pulling testimonials from Google reviews, trying to figure out how their customers actually talk about the problem. You've got 30 tabs open and a Google Doc full of half-organized notes.

Day 4–7
Writing

You start the homepage. Rewrite the headline four times. Move to the About page. Realize you don't have a clear brand voice locked down, so everything sounds slightly different. The Services page takes twice as long because the client's differentiators aren't obvious.

Day 8–14
Revisions

The client rewrites your copy. You rewrite their rewrite. The brand voice drifts. Somebody adds “leverage” and “streamline” and “holistic approach” back into the About page. The final version reads like every other website in their industry.

Day 15
Delivery

You paste everything into a Word doc, manually format it, add some notes for the designer, and send it off hoping nobody asks for another round.

Day 16+
“Can you do social posts too?”

The client asks for a month of social media content to support the launch. You're back at day one — different format, same broken research-to-output loop. No content pillars. No platform strategy. No schedule. Just another blank doc and another week of your life.

That's 40+ hours. For one client. Website copy and social content shouldn't each cost you a full work week.

There's a faster way that doesn't sacrifice content quality

The old way
  • 3–5 days of manual research across competitors, audience, and industry
  • Writing from a blank page with loosely organized notes
  • Brand voice “defined” in a kickoff call and forgotten by page three
  • Revision cycles that drift further from the original strategy
  • AI tools that produce fluent garbage — grammatically correct, strategically empty
  • Social media tacked on at the end with no strategy, no pillars, no schedule
  • Copy-paste into separate docs and hope the formatting holds
  • 40+ hours per project
The new (AI) way
  • 50+ automated web searches across four research domains, cited and categorized
  • Copy written from competitor gaps, audience language, and brand intelligence
  • A 280-line brand voice document built from research, enforced across every deliverable
  • Quality gates that block progression until standards are met — no drift
  • 90+ AI-flagged words caught and replaced in a zero-tolerance editorial pass
  • Website .docx + social media schedule exported from the same research base
  • ~4 hours. Both deliverables.
How it works

Three inputs.* One research engine.
Two content outputs.

*3 is the Minimum, but we all know a little extra context sauce and direction always helps

1

Start with what you know...

You enter three things: the company name, a short description of what they do, and who they serve. That's it. The framework discovers everything else.

2

Research pipeline

Four structured phases run in sequence. Each one searches the web, organizes findings, and feeds the next phase.

Industry Research
Market vocabulary, customer frustrations, trends. 10-15 web searches. Every finding tagged with a copywriting implication.
Competitor Analysis
5-8 competitors mapped. Table stakes, positioning clusters, and the gaps nobody's filling.
Audience Research
15+ verbatim quotes from Reddit, reviews, and forums. Real language from real people.
Brand Intelligence
Press, reviews, testimonials, founder voice. Self-perception vs. market perception.
3

Content pipelines

Two output tracks, both running from the same research base. Every phase has quality gates — nothing moves forward until it's right.

See what comes out the other end

These are real deliverables produced by the framework — not mockups. The website content comes out as a formatted .docx: named sections, content on the left, design notes on the right. The social media schedule comes out as a structured .md file: content pillars, platform strategy, a full post calendar with captions, hashtags, and posting times.

But, Who Built it?

Someone who cares about content...

I'm Kristopher Ray Bolleter, current freelancer and former creative director at a small agency. I've been on all sides of the content creation pipeline — website copy, social media strategy, and everything in between — from writing it solo at 2am to managing a team delivering it on deadline.

The research phase always killed me. Three days of digging before I could write a word. And when AI tools showed up, they made the writing faster but the output worse. Fluent, confident, and completely generic. Every homepage sounded the same. Every social calendar felt like it was written for no one.

So I built the workflow I wanted. Not a prompt. Not a template. A structured system where a single research pass feeds both the website copy and the social media calendar — with quality gates, brand voice enforcement, and an editorial pass that catches the exact words and patterns that make content sound like it came from a machine.

This is the same framework I use for my clients, and now you can use it too.

What people are saying

Early users, real feedback

“I ran the full framework on a client project the same week I bought it. The research phase alone saved me two days. The deliverable looked like something a team produced, not a solo freelancer.”

Alex R. Freelance Copywriter

“The brand voice document is worth the price alone. 280 lines of calibrated voice guidelines built from actual research — not a questionnaire the client half-filled out. My copy has never been this consistent across pages.”

Morgan T. Content Strategist

“We integrated it into our agency workflow for small-to-mid website projects. What used to take a strategist and a writer two weeks now takes one person a day. The .docx export goes straight to our designers.”

FAQ

Common questions

Does the output sound like AI?

That’s the first problem this framework was built to solve. The editorial pass enforces a zero-tolerance policy on 90+ AI-flagged words and phrases. Every instance is caught and replaced with something specific. The copy is written from verbatim audience language mined from real forums and reviews, not from generic patterns. The five-pass editorial review scores voice consistency, checks for AI structural patterns, and enforces active voice above 90%.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The framework is pure markdown configuration. You type commands like /intake and /website-copy in your terminal. If you can navigate to a folder and type a command, you can run this. Tier 2 includes a live setup session if you want a guided start.

What about my client's unique brand voice?

The framework doesn’t apply a generic voice. It discovers and codifies each client’s voice through research — analyzing their existing communications, press, reviews, testimonials, and founder voice. The output is a 280-line brand voice document with specific attributes, calibration examples, and tone spectrum. Every subsequent page checks against this document.

What is Claude Code?

Claude Code is Anthropic’s official command-line tool for Claude. It runs in your terminal and can execute structured, multi-step workflows. This framework is built entirely on Claude Code’s skill and agent architecture. You’ll need a Claude account with API access to use it.

Can I customize the output?

Everything is plain markdown. Want to add words to the avoid list? Edit one file. Want to change section patterns? Edit another. Want to adjust SEO targets, page type standards, or export formatting? Each one is a separate markdown file. Changes take effect immediately on the next run.

What if I already use ChatGPT or other AI tools?

Most AI writing tools give you a chat window and a prompt. This is a structured workflow with 16 coordinated skills, 10 specialized agents, quality gates that block progression, and living documents that accumulate state across phases. The research pipeline alone runs 50+ web searches. The difference isn’t the AI — it’s the architecture around it.

How long does a full project take?

The research pipeline runs in under an hour. The copywriting pipeline takes 2-3 hours depending on site size. Total active time is typically 3-4 hours for a standard website (8-12 pages). Compare that to 40+ hours of manual work.

What does "1 year of free updates" mean?

The framework is actively developed. When new skills, agents, section patterns, or improvements are released, you get them for free for one year from purchase. Updates are delivered as new versions you can download.

Website copy and social content
don't have to eat your week.

Research to deliverable in hours, not weeks — website content and a social media schedule, both backed by real intelligence and neither reading like a machine wrote it.
